Dr. Weatherholt has received training from some of the most prestigious educational institutions in the country. He earned his dental degree from the University of the Pacific Dental School, his undergraduate alma mater, and later updated his clinical skills at the Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies. This institute is regarded as the nation's premier post-graduate institution for the development of cosmetic and restorative skills. He is also a member of numerous reputable professional organizations, including the American Dental Society, the California Dental Association, and the Santa Clara County Dental Society.
Dr. Carey Weatherholt is committed to giving back to the community. He has served on the board of directors of Via Rehabilitation Services, Inc., and was a member of the administrative council of the San Jose RotaCare Free medical clinic. He is currently on the board of the Santa Clara Dental Society and has been helping to give dental screenings to the children in need. He and his staff also conducted their first coat drive and were able to collect 237 coats from patients, family and friends to donate to the Sacred Heart Community Center this past holiday season.
Dr. Weatherholt, a 3rd generation dentist, and his wife, Kellie, have two children, Austin, 15, and Jalene, 12.
