I was referred to Dr. Sellen by a family friend after my implant crown completely came off and I needed to see a dentist urgently. For years, I had avoided dental visits due to previous bad experience, and as a result, my teeth had fallen into poor condition. From my first visit, Dr. Sellen created a treatment plan that was practical for my busy work schedule and has since completely transformed my smile. I now feel confident and I’m smiling again thanks to this practice. A heartfelt thank you to Otilia, who always greets me with warmth at every appointment; Jennifer, who ensures I’m comfortable before each procedure; Mary, who keeps me on track with my cleanings; and, of course, Dr. Sellen, whose skill and expertise shine through in every step of my dental care (and my smile 😀).

I came to Dr. Sellens office after a referral from my friend. I’d had a terrible experience with my former dentist causing me a lot of pain and anxiety about even going to the dentist. Dr. Sellen was wonderful and his staff very caring and welcoming. They were very careful to keep me informed and talk me through each step during my recent procedure. My pain was very minimal and the office called to check in on me that evening. A 100% better experience than the dental practice I left to go to Dr. Sellen’s practice. I am very happy I’ve made the switch and highly recommend his office to others!

My daughter had some restorations done after doing Invisilign and I was so impressed with how great her teeth looked I decided to do some “ smile upgrades” myself! I have come here for years and from the North East Bay too. I don't mind the distance knowing that I am in good hands with Dr. Sellen and his team. He is knowledgeable and personable. He will take the time to answer my questions clearly and thoroughly. The practice is well run, up to date with technologies that make all his dental procedures safest, quick, precise, and accurate. I have had a few dental procedures here over the years. With the help of the most current technologies, they were done in the most timely, painless, and accurate manners that I did not have to travel back and forth for them. He'd describe what he was doing so that I know what is going on with the procedures while he is performing them. His assistants are meticulous, even with the most routine cleaning, every time. The office members are super helpful with scheduling my appointments or rescheduling them, billing and dealing with my insurance. I really feel that I am saving so much time coming to Dr. Sellen even though I am coming from the distance. Highly recommend, especially to peoples in San Jose and surrounding communities: You don't have to go far for your treasure.

However, services can cost more than your dental plan will cover and they do not take Delta Dental. The office is updated with state of the art equipment and technology, not to mention is decorated with a spa like feel. Bonus - All appointments end with a warm lavender towel to wash your face and hands. Fully recommend to all my family and friends.
